I have worked with many real estate agents in the past, (previous home-building business), and none has cared as much as he does. We sat down on day one and discussed, in great detail, the price ranges that he felt my home would sell based on the current market conditions. Atlas also provided copious amounts of information that described our home comps/competition in the marketplace giving us an educated path forward to sell. He told me how many showings on average it takes and a timeframe for a smooth closing. He hit the nail on the head! After each showing clear details came back from the buyer's agents of what/how we measured up and if it was suitable to their needs without me having to ask for them.
